YG Group
Founded in 2005, Yugong Group has developed steadily over the past two decades and grown into a comprehensive enterprise group integrating the R&D, manufacturing of construction machinery and intelligent technology.
The Group has four core subsidiaries: Henan Yugong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., Henan Yugong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Henan Yulu Machinery Co., Ltd., and Henan Fulai Machinery Co., Ltd., forming an industrial pattern of coordinated development among more than 10 subsidiary companies.
We have built a modern production plant covering 50,000 square meters, obtained the ISO9001 International Quality Management System Certification and National AAA Credit Enterprise Certification, and own registered trademarks such as Yugong Machinery.

Company Development History
→2005 Established Shandong Branch
→2010 Founded Xinjiang and Shanxi Branches
→2014 Purchased the 26th & 27th floors, Block B, Jingsha Building, Zhengzhou, Henan, a dual-floor office covering 600 square meters
→2016 Officially renamed Henan Yugong Machinery Co., Ltd.
→2017 Expanded overseas markets and set up the international trade team
→2018–2019 Scaled up business operation; underwent in-depth management reform and upgraded to Management Iteration 2.0
→2020–2022 During the three-year pandemic period, adhered to focused development and endogenous growth; annual output value exceeded 500 million yuan
→2024–2025 The International Business Department achieved scale doubling and rapid expansion; upgraded to Management Iteration 3.0; Fulai Machinery Company was founded
→2026 Daxiang Machinery was established to drive new growth
